SHIPPING POLICY
We reserve the right to use USPS or FedEx as our shipper (depending on weight of your order) This is to help keep shipping cost down. Or if you prefere UPS or Fed X over USPS Priority please contact us to arrange it.
We normally ship orders same day for orders placed Monday thru Saturday, Other wise all orders placed after 2 pm (PST) Monday thru Friday will ship out on the next business day, if Monday is a Holiday shipping will be done the next offical business day.
All orders in the continental United States will be shipped via USPS priority mail with a delivery confirmation number or ship via FedEx Ground with a tracking number.
Modefo's Heli will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages left at your door from USPS UPS FED X

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders shipping charge is based on a flat fee. International Orders will ship via USPS EMS (Global Express Mail) and will be insured up to $100.00 USD, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed for shipping. Normally deliver time for EMS will be
3 to 5 business days, Monday - Friday.
For packages that way over 2 pounds you may be required to pay addtional shipping charges

For small items also email us and disscuss shipping we might be able to save you money.
We offer 4-7 day air outside US on small items like parts and upgrades (Not Helicopters) for $12
Orders shipped to Italy and Mexico must be EMS or UPS with insurance unless other arangements are made.Modefo's Heli is not responcible for any loss if not shipped this way.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
In no event will Modefo's Heli be liable to you or yours for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use/misuse of or inability to use merchandise purchased from us.Use at your own risk and PLEASE handle with care
Third-Party Defective Merchandise
If the merchandise is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective, Defective and DOA (Dead on Arrival) product(s) must be sent to the manufacturer for repair and or replacement. The instructions for how to handle returning products to the manufacturer will vary since each manufacturer handles defects differently.
TAX
We only charge tax on shipments going to California (8.25%)
Returns Policy
We will gladly accept returns 7 days after reciept. There will be a 10% restocking fee, items must be returned to us in the original packaging. We do not give refunds, only store credit. We do not credit for shipping cost, only the cost of the part being returned will be credited. Contact us for a RMA # if your returning an item(s).No returns on Preowned helis and products unless authorised by Modefo's Heli.
